Reporting framework

Companies subject to CSRD have to report according to European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), which will be developed by EFRAG, an independent body that brings together various stakeholders. The ESRS will be based on existing international frameworks and standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
