The Challenge
According to Kiran Venkitesh, Platforms Manager, Supply Chain & Product Assurance at DNV, “We were looking for a platform which we could use to optimize and scale our Supply Chain Management (SCM) Services. The idea was to use a centralized secure and scalable platform which would enable us to offer supply chain audits on scale globally. This would allow us to provide a high and consistent standard of output, high flexibility in terms of deployment and enable quick time to market for bespoke protocols. This flexibility also demanded that we have the ability to offer and accommodate customer specific work processes.”
