Version 4.5 Certainty Software Ready for Release

We are thrilled to share the news of the much-awaited release of Certainty Software Version 4.5. This version will be rolled out starting October 21, 2023, and it includes a number of strong features and enhancements that are intended to improve communication, simplify data visualization, and enhance customizability.

Let’s dive into some of the key enhancements introduced in Certainty Software 4.5:

• Customizable checklist and action workflow step statuses: Users can now customize workflow step statuses, providing greater flexibility. Instead of being limited to ‘Active’ and ‘Completed,’ you can create and assign statuses like ‘In Review,’ ‘Awaiting Approval,’ ‘Approved,’ or any other labels that suit your workflow.
• Customizable Overview Tiles in the Certainty app: The app Dashboard has undergone a significant upgrade. It now offers a variety of new Tiles, expanding your data access options. What’s even more exciting is the ability to customize the Tiles on your Overview tab and even choose their colors to match your preferences.
• Improvements to checklist and actions notifications: We’ve introduced two exciting features to enhance your experience: Enhanced Action Notifications, and Attachment Capability for Action and Checklist Notifications.
• Link completed scheduled events to completed checklists: A new addition to the scheduled event grid is the Checklist ID, which allows you to seamlessly connect completed checklists with their associated completed events.
• User-specific translations for checklist report PDFs: We are introducing a user-centric feature that allows the translation of Checklist PDF attachments in Notifications.
• Translations for custom fields in actions: We’re introducing the capability to implement translations for custom Action Types and Priorities. This feature enhances workflow versatility by enabling seamless communication across various languages and regions, unlocking the full potential of your customization options.
• Various Bug Fixes: Bug fixes in Certainty Software address user-reported issues promptly, ensuring optimal performance. User feedback is valued, and the commitment is to maintain the software’s quality by resolving any problems that may arise.
